Qualifications

• 4–5+ years in workforce analytics, BI, or operations data management.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Experience with automation tools like Zapier or Make.
• Proven data modeling for service/workforce businesses.
• Attention to detail and ability to turn data into actions.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical teams.
