Qualifications

• Design, measurement, and inferential methods, including forecasting and scenario modeling.
• Hands-on analytics with Python or R and SQL, and practical use of AI tools for analysis, reporting, and automation.
• Experience building semantic models and curated data products to support governed, self-service analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning analytics, reporting, and forecasting (headcount, attrition, cost, workforce mix).
• Produce trusted, decision-ready workforce reporting and scenarios for senior leaders.
• Advance conversational analytics and self-service capabilities across data platforms.
• Design applied workforce research and translate findings into business decisions.
