Huzzle is seeking an experienced Automation Engineer for a fully remote role with global teams. You will design, develop, and optimize automated workflows that cut manual effort across operations, sales, and support.

You’ll implement integrations with platforms like Zapier, Make, and custom APIs, monitor performance, and document best practices. This position values collaboration, problem-solving, and a proactive approach to process improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in automation engineering, operations, or related roles.
• Experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate, or similar automation platforms.
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript or Python).
• Experience with CRM platforms and business systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Experience with AI tools, automation agents, or process optimization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated workflows and systems.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities.
