Qualifications

• Experience in software development, application support, or business systems.
• Familiarity with Esker on Demand, Epicor, or ERP systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with XML, JSON, APIs, and web-based data formats.
• Exposure to Git, Agile practices, and Microsoft Windows environments.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support solutions within Esker on Demand platform.
• Customize workflows, dashboards, reports, background logic, and user interfaces.
• Support customer-specific setup and modifications.
• Troubleshoot software defects and configuration issues.
• Perform functional and integration testing.
• Document technical changes and implementation details.
• Work with senior engineers on project priorities, code reviews, and solution delivery.
