Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages a caseload of claims to evaluate compensability and liability.
• Sets action plans based on case facts, practices, and resources.
• Conducts investigations to confirm coverage and determine liability and damages.
• Assesses policy coverage, notifies insured, and adjusts reserves as needed.
• Assesses damages and negotiates settlements within authority.
• Performs other duties as needed.
