Amynta Group is hiring an Associate in the BTIS Workers’ Compensation team to underwrite new business and assess risk in a remote work environment. You will review submissions, determine pricing, and ensure service standards are met while supporting profitable growth.

The role requires 2+ years in Workers’ Compensation customer service or underwriting support, with strong communication and analytical skills to review risk factors and provide solutions for agency partners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Workers’ Compensation customer service or underwriting support experience.
• Solid understanding of class codes, experience mods, loss runs, and underwriting principles.
• Strong communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to review and analyze information for risk assessment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new Workers’ Compensation submissions per guidelines and pricing. Ensure quality and accuracy.
• Analyze risk factors: class codes, payroll exposures, history, mods; justify coverage terms.
• Provide exceptional service to agents via phone and email with timely, clear underwriting decisions.
