Qualifications

• 5+ years of WC underwriting (high-severity classes preferred).
• Established retail broker relationships in the Western Mid-Atlantic (Western PA, Maryland, DC, Virginia).
• Strong reputation, self-motivated, and relationship-driven.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and price larger WC accounts.
• Build and maintain strong retail broker relationships (target ~100 qualified submissions/year).
• Represent the company as a decision-maker in a highly competitive market.
