Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of all team member related functions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a Workers Compensation claims team handling varied caseloads to deliver high-quality service.
• Promote Best Practices in claims handling.
• Drive Talent by hiring and training adjusters and fostering performance."
• Manage workloads, define goals, motivate performance, and ensure efficiency.
• Utilize Gallagher's technology to enhance team efficiency and service quality.
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and brokers professionally and proactively.
• Identify coaching opportunities and position team members for development.
