Job summary

Globe Life is seeking a Reconciliation Administrator to serve as the primary system administrator for Workday ERP and Trintech. You will ensure data integrity, manage configurations, and oversee file transmissions while supporting SOX compliance.

The role requires 5+ years of accounting or reconciliation experience, strong analytical and technical skills, and the ability to train staff on reconciliation processes. This is a remote/work-from-home position.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems is required.
• 5+ years of accounting or reconciliation experience is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Workday ERP and Trintech is required.
• Expert-level Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and macros, are required.
• Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls is required.
• Experience training and supporting end users is required.

Responsibilities

• Own system configuration, matching rules, user access and security for Workday and Trintech.
• Test updates and document configuration changes.
• Perform daily verification of file transfers between Workday and Trintech.
• Troubleshoot transmission errors and validate data accuracy.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Document issues and resolutions and track to closure.
• Configure new accounts and templates in Trintech and support implementations.
• Train other departments and end users on reconciliation best practices.
