Job summary

Globe Life is seeking a Reconciliation Administrator to manage Workday ERP and Trintech platforms, ensuring data integrity and timely issue resolution. You will oversee system configuration, reconciliation rules, and user security while supporting bank and GL reconciliations in line with SOX requirements.

You will train staff, drive process improvements, and collaborate with the Reconciliation Department Manager to implement new systems and oversee updates.

Qualifications

• Requires associate degree and 5+ years of accounting or reconciliation experience.
• Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and reconciliation processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Workday ERP administration.
• Advanced proficiency in Trintech reconciliation suite administration.

Responsibilities

• Own system configuration, matching rules, user access, security, and performance for Workday ERP and Trintech.
• Test system updates and document configuration changes.
• Perform daily verification and balancing of file transfers to Workday and Trintech.
• Troubleshoot transmission errors and ensure data accuracy; maintain logs.
