Job summary

Truliant Federal Credit Union is seeking a Workday Platform System Administrator to lead technical administration, security, and governance of the Workday platform. This role partners with HR, Finance, and other business units to configure and scale capabilities across modules within a regulated environment.

The ideal candidate will manage tenants, ensure secure access, oversee releases, and drive data integrity and analytics across Workday domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT experience required.
• Workday security concepts and access controls knowledge required.
• Experience with Workday release management and integrations.
• Strong documentation and audit-support skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical admin for the Workday platform and ensure security, stability, and compliance.
• Manage tenant environments and release readiness across environments.
• Coordinate cross-functional testing and change management for Workday updates.
• Maintain configuration standards and support scalable Workday deployments across modules.
• Develop and maintain runbooks, security configurations, and audit evidence.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Cyber Security teams to enforce controls.
