Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday HCM / HRIS experience.
• Experience delivering live training sessions.
• Ability to create training materials and process documentation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with video editing tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct live, interactive Workday training sessions for employees and retail teams.
• Create training materials, presentations, Quick Reference Guides, and instructional videos.
• Explain complex Workday processes in a simple manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Solution Design, Change Management).
• Update content based on Workday changes and enhancements.
