Responsibilities

• Analyze training needs and perform audience analyses.
• Design and develop 508-compliant instructional materials and job aids.
• Create online, instructor-led, microlearning, and eLearning courses.
• Develop SCORM-compliant webinars and full courses.
• Track progress, manage timelines, and report to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with SMEs and leadership to align with goals.
• Review and update curricula to match standards and trends.
• Stay current with instructional design and adult learning theory.
