Qualifications

• Experience as a Workday Trainer or HRIS Trainer supporting enterprise HR systems.
• Hands-on knowledge of Workday in a training or functional capacity.
• Experience creating end-user training materials for large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Workday training subject matter expert.
• Design and develop training materials, including job aids.
• Execute Train-the-Trainer programs to enable internal trainers.
• Deliver end-user training sessions as needed.
• Partner with Change Management teams to align training.
• Update training materials based on feedback and configuration changes.
