Job summary

LHH is seeking a Remote - Training Specialist (Workday) to deliver live Workday training, develop training materials, and explain complex processes clearly. You will work with cross-functional teams to keep content up-to-date and relevant for employees and retail teams.

The role emphasizes accuracy, inclusiveness, and strong communication. Prior experience with video editing is a plus, and a strong portfolio is often required.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Solution Design, Change Management).
• Update content based on Workday changes and enhancements.

We’re looking for a Remote - Training Specialist (Workday) - for our client. Workday expertise, live training delivery, and training content development.

What You Bring

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM / HRIS and business processes.
• Proven experience in live training and facilitation.
• Experience creating training materials and process documentation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Video editing experience (Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, Captivate, etc.) is a plus.
• Retail training experience is an added advantage.
• Must have strong portfolio

What You'll Do:

• Conduct live, interactive Workday training sessions for employees and retail teams.
• Create training materials, presentations, Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), and instructional videos.
• Explain complex Workday business processes in a simple, easy-to-understand manner.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Solution Design, and Change Management teams.
• Update training content based on Workday system changes and enhancements.
