Hospital Housekeeping Systems, LLC (USA) is seeking a remote Workday Recruiting Support Specialist in the United States. The role provides first-line resolution for Workday Recruiting tickets, trains recruiters on the system, and maintains data integrity to keep recruitment running smoothly.

You’ll support daily system questions, assist with reporting, and help test Workday releases, collaborating with recruiters and operations to promote best practices.

Qualifications

• What you’ll bring includes a technically driven mindset and quick platform learning.
• Strong spreadsheet skills with data turnaround ability.
• Experience supporting, troubleshooting, or training on software systems.
• Familiarity with HR systems or recruiting operations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide first-line resolution of Workday Recruiting tickets and troubleshoot routine recruiter issues.
• Support day-to-day system questions from recruiters and operators, including access and navigation.
• Deliver hands-on training and setup for Workday and other recruiting platforms.
• Provide ramp-up support and shadow new recruiters during first weeks.
• Review candidate prescreening results and flag discrepancies.
• Assist with routine recruiting reports and data requests.
• Assist with Workday release testing and validation.
• Partner with recruiters and operators to reinforce proper system usage.
