Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Workday Facilitation Specialist to support a Workday Time Tracking initiative through expert training facilitation and end‑user enablement. The role focuses on delivering virtual instructor‑led training, supporting Workday Time Tracking and related Workday HCM processes, and ensuring users understand how to accurately complete time‑related tasks in Workday.

The position requires delivering training during Central Time business hours with flexibility for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years’ experience in Workday facilitation and user guide creation (preferably in the Workday Time‑Tracking space).
• Expert knowledge of and experience with PowerPoint
• Strong instructional design and virtual facilitation skills via Microsoft Teams
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities

Responsibilities

• Facilitate virtual and in‑person instructor‑led training sessions focused on Workday Time Tracking and related Workday HCM functionality
• Deliver role‑based training for managers and HR partners
• Design and develop clear, user‑friendly Workday user guides and reference materials
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather requirements and validate content
• Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to refine training materials and monitor engagement and user experience
