Eliassen Group is seeking a Workday Time & Absence Product Manager to own and advance time, scheduling, absence, and leave capabilities in a remote, contract-based role. You will combine product management with deep Workday configuration, testing, release management, and solution design to modernize processes and improve compliance.

Responsibilities include defining strategy and roadmaps, collaborating across HR, Payroll, and IT, and driving AI-enabled solutions with strong testing and KPI

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management.
• Experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, HR Technology Lead, or Senior Business Systems Analyst.
• Hands-on Workday configuration expertise.
• Strong understanding of payroll impacts, leave administration, and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Define and manage strategy, roadmap, and backlog for Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, and Technology to define future-state experiences.
• Translate business objectives into measurable outcomes and multi-quarter roadmaps.
• Identify AI, machine learning, and automation opportunities for workforce processes.
• Design AI-enabled solutions for leave management, scheduling, and compliance programs.
• Lead testing strategies across unit, integration, UAT, and production validation.
