Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management.
• Experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, HR Technology Lead, or Senior Business Systems Analyst.
• Hands-on Workday configuration expertise.
• Proven requirements gathering and scalable solution design experience.
• Leadership of UAT, integration testing, regression testing, and production deployments.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage strategy, roadmap, and backlog for Workday Time Tracking, Absence, Leave, and Workforce Scheduling.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, Compliance, and Technology to define future-state experiences.
• Translate business objectives into measurable outcomes and prioritized initiatives with multi-quarter roadmaps.
• Identify and evaluate AI, automation, and predictive analytics opportunities for workforce processes.
• Design AI-enabled solutions for leave management, scheduling, and compliance.
• Lead discovery, requirements workshops, and translate needs into user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Own testing strategy and execution including unit, integration, UAT, and production validation.
