Eliassen Group is seeking a Workday Time & Absence Product Manager for a remote contract role. You will own time tracking, absence, leave administration, eligibility rules, accruals, and scheduling with strong Workday configuration expertise.

The role involves AI-enabled solution design, release management, and cross-functional collaboration to modernize processes and improve compliance. W2 benefits are provided, including medical, dental, vision, and 401k with company match.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management.
• Hands-on Workday configuration experience.
• Experience leading UAT, testing, and deployments.
• Strong collaboration with HR, Payroll, and IT teams.

Responsabilités

• Define strategy, roadmap, and backlog for Workday Time Tracking, Absence, Leave, and Scheduling.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, Compliance, and Technology to design future-state experiences.
• Translate objectives into measurable outcomes and multi-quarter roadmaps.
• Identify AI and automation opportunities for workforce processes.
• Own testing strategy including unit, SIo, UAT, and production validation.
• Coordinate implementations across HR, IT, and partners.
