• Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable user stories.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy, roadmap, and backlog for Workday Time Tracking, Absence, Leave, and Scheduling.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Ops, Compliance, and Tech to shape future workforce experiences.
• Translate objectives into measurable outcomes and multi-quarter roadmaps.
• Identify AI, automation, and analytics opportunities for workforce processes.
• Design AI-enabled solutions for leave management, scheduling, and self-service.
• Own testing strategy including unit, integration, UAT, and production validation.
• Build backlogs and release plans across HR, IT, and partners.
