Remote, contract engagement with W2 benefits and a compensation range aligned to market rates. The selected candidate will lead cross-functional collaboration with HR, Payroll, IT, and Compliance to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management.
• Hands-on Workday configuration expertise.
• Experience as Product Manager or Product Owner in HR tech.
• Leadership of UAT, integration testing, and deployments.
• Knowledge of payroll impacts and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy, roadmap, and backlog for Time Tracking, Absence, Leave, and Scheduling.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Compliance, and IT to shape future experiences.
• Translate objectives into measurable outcomes and multi-quarter roadmaps.
• Identify AI and automation opportunities for workforce processes.
• Design AI-enabled solutions for leave management and self-service.
• Own testing strategy including unit, SI, UAT, regression.
• Maintain product backlogs, release plans, and coordinate implementations.
• Support Workday upgrades and continuous optimization.
• Develop KPIs and leverage Workday analytics.
