Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Workday Systems Analyst to configure, maintain, and optimize our Workday HRIS, supporting core HR functions, reporting, and data accuracy.

The role involves stability, troubleshooting, process improvements, custom reports and dashboards, and deployment updates, acting as SME and guiding change management. Onsite or remote options based on location, with standard PST hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Workday experience including troubleshooting, configuration, and report development.
• Experience with full Workday implementations and integrations preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support system stability, troubleshoot issues, implement process improvements, and assist in deployment of updates.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards; act as SME and support change management.
