Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Remote Workday Intelligence Analyst to act as SME for Workday HCM, Timekeeping and Payroll. You will configure processes, build dashboards, and partner with People Operations, Finance, and IT to deliver solutions while ensuring data integrity and compliance.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, advanced Excel skills, and project management, with responsibilities spanning reporting, integrations, and system optimization in a fast-paced healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or business-related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Minimum 2 years as an HR systems analyst or 2 active Workday Pro Certifications in HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Absence/Timekeeping.
• Experience supporting multiple Workday modules: HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Timekeeping, Talent, Integrations, Reporting/Analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills are required.
• Analytical mindset with attention to downstream impacts of changes.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Discretion when handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Workday HCM, Talent, Timekeeping, Benefits, Payroll, Reporting and Integrations.
• Develop, maintain, and distribute reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Configure and troubleshoot Workday business processes, security roles, and interfaces.
• Collaborate with People Ops, Finance, Operations, Payroll, Benefits, and IT to fit business needs.
• Support Workday releases, enhancements, and system updates.
