Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Workday Recruiting Technology Manager to support, optimize, and maintain Workday Recruiting and connected TA technologies. You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Talent Solutions, and external vendors to align recruiting platforms with business needs.

Requirements include 5+ years in Workday HCM configuration and 3+ years in Workday Recruiting configuration, plus experience with Paradox and HiredScore. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5+ years of Workday HCM configuration.
• Minimum 3+ years of Workday Recruiting configuration.
• Experience with Paradox and HiredScore a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday Recruiting processes including notifications and analytics.
• Maintain data flow between Workday Recruiting, Paradox, and HiredScore.
• Build and test reports with calculated fields and data integrity.
• Support release testing and enable new features with Talent Acquisition.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Firm IT, Finance, and external vendors.
