Job summary

Progressive Leasing is seeking a Payroll and People Operations Analyst to join our distributed People Operations team. This role supports multi-state payroll in Workday, ensures accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance for a growing workforce.

You’ll partner with HR and Total Rewards, automate processes with AI tools, handle year-end tasks like W-2s, and help improve workflows across PROG Holdings family.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on payroll processing experience in a multi-state environment.
• Experience with Workday Payroll is required; equity/stock payroll a plus.
• Proficiency with ADP SmartCompliance and payroll tax rules.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state payroll accurately and on schedule in Workday.
• Audit payroll results; manage tax deposits and year-end tasks (W-2, ACA).
• Partner with HRBPs and Total Rewards on compensation and leave processing.
• Document processes and support Workday enhancements; embrace AI-driven workflows.
