Job summary

Progressive Leasing is seeking a Payroll and People Operations Analyst to join our People Operations team. This role supports payroll operations across the PROG Holdings family — Progressive Leasing, Purchasing Power, Four, and Money App — and helps ensure accurate, timely payroll processing using Workday and ADP SmartCompliance.

Remote within the United States, with a preference for Mountain or Central time zones.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on payroll processing experience in a multi-state environment.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll (required); equity/stock payroll is a plus.
• Working knowledge of ADP SmartCompliance and federal, state, and local payroll tax requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state payroll accurately and on schedule in Workday.
• Audit payroll results for accuracy and compliance; reconcile discrepancies.
• Manage tax deposits and compliance, including same-day deposits when required.
• Support year-end activities (W-2, ACA) and regulatory inquiries.
• Document payroll timelines and support continuous improvement across People Operations.
• Assist with audits and provide accurate payroll documentation.
