Job summary

Woodward Inc. is seeking a Workday integration specialist to design, build, test, and support integrations that power reliable HR tech processes. You’ll collaborate with HR, IT, and vendor teams to implement scalable solutions across internal systems and partners.

The role requires expertise in Workday tools (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors) and data transformation concepts, with a focus on uptime and data quality. Opportunity for growth within a dynamic energy tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, HRIS, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Workday Integration certification or Workday Pro Integration certification.
• Experience supporting Workday integrations in an enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of HR, payroll, benefits, identity management, and vendor integration processes.
• Familiarity with IT service management, incident management, change management, and release management practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations enabling reliable processes and a positive member experience.
• Use Workday integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, RaaS, web services) to connect Workday with internal systems and partners.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, Security, and vendors to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Document integration requirements, data mappings, transformation logic, schedules, dependencies, and support procedures.
• Monitor production integrations, troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and minimize disruption for members and partners.
• Support testing cycles (unit, system integration, regression, user acceptance) for new/changed integrations.
• Maintain integration documentation, runbooks, change records, and audit evidence per governance and compliance.
