Job summary

Woodward Inc. is hiring for a Workday Integrations Analyst to design, implement, and support HR-related integrations in a Colorado-based role. You will connect Workday with internal systems and external partners using EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio.

Collaborating with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, Security, and vendors, you will document data mappings and ensure compliance while driving reliable processes and a positive user experience for members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, HRIS, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Workday Integration certification or Workday Pro Integration certification.
• Experience supporting Workday integrations in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with middleware or integration platforms such as Oxygen Editor, Postman, MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of HR, payroll, benefits, identity management, and vendor integration processes.
• Familiarity with IT service management, incident/change/release management practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations that enable reliable business processes and a positive member experience.
• Use Workday integration tools such as EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, Report-as-a-Service, and web services to connect Workday with internal systems and external partners.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, Security, and vendor teams to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Document integration requirements, data mappings, transformation logic, schedules, dependencies, and support procedures.
• Monitor production integrations, troubleshoot issues, identify root cause, and minimize disruption.
• Support testing and validation for new/changed integrations.
• Maintain integration documentation and audit evidence in line with governance and compliance.
• Evaluate Workday releases and coordinate testing or updates as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability and data quality for HR technology.
