Job summary

Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking an experienced Workday Administrator focused on Integrations, Studio, and the Projects module.

You will translate architectural decisions into secure, auditable Workday configurations while maintaining reliability and continuous improvement across the environment. The role emphasizes proactive data quality, process gaps, and integration enhancements within the Workday ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio and integration development (EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs/Web Services).
• Ability to learn and administer the Projects module within the Finance SKU.
• Experience with system integrations and API management.

Responsibilities

• Administer Workday security changes and build reports/dashboards for daily operations.
• Perform data audits, validation, and reconciliation across Workday and connected systems.
• Support data loads (EIBs) and mass data updates per HCM standards.
• Monitor Workday releases, perform impact analysis, and coordinate UAT.
• Provide first-line support and end-user training for the teams.
