Job summary

Nava Public Benefit Corp. is hiring a Workday Administrator focused on Integrations, Studio, and Projects. You will translate architectural decisions into working Workday configurations and keep the environment reliable and audit-ready.

You will proactively identify data quality issues, process gaps, and implement improvements across the Workday landscape. You will partner with other Workday Administrators and the HCM Manager to deliver secure, scalable solutions and support staffing and program

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on Workday administration experience.
Hands-on experience with Workday Studio and integration development (EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs/Web Services).
Experience with data loads (EIBs) and data migration.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to learn and administer the Projects module within the Finance SKU.
Experience with agile project methodologies.

Responsibilities

Own integrations, Studio development, and the Projects module within Workday.
Configure and optimize Business Processes, security, and reporting across Workday modules.
Perform data validation, audits, and reconciliation with related systems.
Monitor Workday releases, perform impact analysis, and coordinate UAT.
Provide first-line technical support and end-user training.
Lead incident triage from intake to resolution within governance constraints.
Support internal and external audit requests related to Workday configurations.
