YPO, a global leadership community, seeks an HRIS Manager to administer, optimize, and support the HRIS platform. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and Talent Acquisition to ensure data integrity, security, and efficient HR processes.

The role requires 5+ years in HRIS, with proven Workday HCM experience, and strong reporting/analytics capabilities. This is a remote work-from-home position with responsibilities spanning global time zones.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, IS, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HRIS experience including administration and support.
• Experience configuring HRIS processes, security, reporting, and core HCM functionality.
• Proven experience administering and optimizing Workday HCM.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and HR analytics.

Mansioni

• Administer, configure, and maintain the HRIS platform with focus on reliability and data integrity.
• Serve as the HRIS SME for HR and business stakeholders.
• Configure HRIS business processes, security roles, and system settings.
• Plan, test, and implement HRIS releases and enhancements.
• Develop and distribute HRIS reports, dashboards, and analytics for decision-making.
• Maintain data governance through audits, security, and documentation.
• Provide end-user training and support for HRIS usage.
