Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- At least four years of experience defining or improving Workday configuration, especially Benefits and Compensation.
- Extensive knowledge of Workday architecture, impacts, and security considerations.
- Strong collaboration, confidentiality, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and Infosec to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintain understanding of current HR systems and their relationships to other information systems.
- Provide system support and analysis focusing on Workday Benefits and Compensation.
- Develop mappings, scenarios, and testing plans for end-to-end processes.
- Stay current on Workday releases and advocate improvements.
- Develop, maintain, and support Workday reports and analytics.
