Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is seeking an Sr. Analyst, HR Technology to design, configure, and maintain Workday HR solutions across the firm. You will partner with HR, IT, and Finance to capture requirements and deliver scalable Workday configurations and reporting.

The role requires strong analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on benefits, compensation, and HR processes, while ensuring data integrity and security. Remote work is possible for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Four+ years of Workday configuration or design experience, especially Benefits and Compensation.
• Extensive knowledge of Workday architecture, security, and impacts.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and highly collaborative.
• Strong commitment to improving systems, documentation, and processes.
• Experience in HR-related functional areas preferred.
• Able to handle confidentiality with exceptional judgment.
• Knowledge of SQL and Power BI is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy and precision.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and Infosec to gather requirements and translate into technical specs.
• Maintain understanding of current HR systems and their relationships to other information systems.
• Provide system support and analysis focused on Workday Benefits and Compensation.
• Develop mapping, scenarios, and testing plans for end-to-end processes.
• Translate HR needs into Workday solutions aligned with best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation and post-go-live.
• Stay current on Workday releases and features; propose improvements.
• Support Advanced Compensation processes and enhancements.
• Assist SMEs with testing and data-flow analysis for improvements.
• Develop, maintain and support reports using reporting tools.
• Communicate accurately with employees, managers, and team members.
• Maintain data integrity with audits and data analysis.
• Provide training and documentation for end users.
