Job summary

VIVA USA Inc is seeking an experienced HR systems contractor to provide technical and operational support across Talent Acquisition, Workday compliance, reporting, and HR systems management. You will act as a trusted partner to senior HR leadership and cross-functional teams to streamline processes and ensure data accuracy.

Responsibilities include optimizing recruitment workflows, enhancing SOPs, system cleanup, and developing actionable reports across Workday, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and MS

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday HCM experience and requisition management
• Deep knowledge of HR practices, compliance regulations, and industry best practices
• 10+ years of progress experience in HR processes and procedures, especially Talent Acquisition
• Experience collaborating with HR leaders, SMEs, and Workday Delivery Team
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions
• Experience developing and updating HR SOPs across Talent Acquisition, Class & Compensation, Salary Administration

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational support across Talent Acquisition, Workday compliance, recruitment process optimization, reporting, and HR systems management.
• Strengthen communication between senior leadership and HR functional teams.
• Support DSOHF Centralization initiatives and system cleanup.
• Architect or redesign HR internal communication systems and process documentation.
• Lead project management tasks including milestone planning and RAID tracking.
• Develop and deliver actionable reports using Workday, Smartsheet, and integrated HR/payroll data.
