Job summary

Sentara Health Plans seeks a Workday Technology Analyst in Norfolk, VA. You will partner with HR and business stakeholders to deliver Workday HCM solutions across Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Benefits, and Payroll, ensuring compliance and end-user satisfaction.

The role requires 3–5 years of Workday HCM experience, strong analytical and documentation skills, and the ability to support releases, integrations, and data loading with EIBs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Workday HCM experience supporting complex HR systems.
• Hands-on experience configuring, supporting, and enhancing Workday across Core HCM and at least one additional functional area.
• Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into effective system design and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday HCM solutions across Core HCM and related areas.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system designs.
• Provide advanced production support and troubleshoot complex Workday issues.
