Job summary

Workday is seeking a Solution Architect for the Financials domain in Pleasanton, CA. You will build and maintain sales demonstration environments, showcase the power of our oCFO solutions, and partner with the sales and product teams to articulate compelling value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in core financials including general accounting, revenue, debits and credits.
• 5+ years working closely with Workday Financial applications or competing products.
• Experience implementing ERP systems.
• Experience using Agile/Scrum methodology.
• CPA licensure is required or pursued.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling demo solutions that showcase the value of Workday's Financial product suite.
• Provide sales support for active strategic opportunities and demos.
• Work closely with Development, Product Strategy, Professional Services and Solution Consulting teams to develop messaging and design solutions.
• Work with development teams to improve the Financial products and influence product roadmap.
• Maintain the operations surrounding the Financial product for Commercial and industry specific demos.
• Disseminate product standard methodologies with the greater Workday organization.
• Stay up to date with current and projected industry trends.
