Eliassen Group seeks a Principal Business Systems Analyst to lead Workday Financials solutioning, configuration, and support remotely for clients. The role covers financial accounting, banking and treasury, procurement, supplier and customer accounts, expenses, and assets.

The candidate will drive complex business process design, reporting, analytics, and production support, mentoring teams and coordinating with IT and vendors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience preferred with strong Workday Financials functional expertise.
• Hands-on support for Financial Accounting, Banking, Procurement, Suppliers, Customers, Expenses, and Assets.
• Advanced configuration of Workday Business Processes and Custom Validations.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Workday Financials expertise to solve complex issues and anticipate downstream impacts.
• Serve as functional and technical expert across Financial Accounting, Banking, Procurement, and Reporting.
• Act as a super user and trusted advisor on system capabilities, processes, and controls.
• Lead analysis, design, configuration, and implementation affecting multiple business areas.
• Design and maintain Workday Business Processes, workflows, and security configurations.
• Develop and maintain advanced reports and dashboards to support decision making.
• Coordinate user support for complex inquiries, service requests, and production issues.
• Lead testing strategy, plans, scenarios, and readiness, mentoring others.
