Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Principal Business Systems Analyst to lead Workday Financials solutioning, configuration, and support. The role spans Financial Accounting, Banking and Treasury, Procurement, and more, with responsibilities including design, testing, and data management.

You will mentor junior staff, drive process improvements, and coordinate with IT and vendors to implement new Workday functionality. Remote, client-based work with strong benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience preferred with strong Workday Financials functional expertise.
• Hands-on support for Financial Accounting, Banking, Procurement, Suppliers, Customers, Expenses, and Business Assets.
• Advanced Business Process and Custom Validation configuration and Calculated Field development.
• Strong troubleshooting, production support and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Workday Financials expertise and business acumen to solve highly complex issues and anticipate downstream impacts.
• Serve as functional and technical expert across Financial Accounting, Banking and Treasury, Procurement, Supplier and Customer Accounts, and Reporting.
• Lead analysis, design, configuration, and implementation of solutions that may impact multiple business areas and applications.
• Design and maintain complex Workday Business Processes, approval workflows, and security configurations.
• Develop and maintain advanced reports and dashboards to support decision‑making.
• Coordinate user support for complex inquiries and production issues.
