Eliassen Group is seeking a Principal Business Systems Analyst to lead advanced Workday Financials solutioning, configuration, and support. The role spans Financial Accounting, Banking and Treasury, Procurement, and more, with a focus on design, analytics, and production support.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant Workday Financials experience preferred.
• Hands-on support across Financial Accounting, Banking, Procurement, Suppliers, Customers, Expenses, and Assets.
• Experience with Workday Reporting and Dashboards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Workday Financials expertise to solve complex issues.
• Lead design, configuration, and implementation affecting multiple areas.
• Mentor junior team members on Workday capabilities and consulting skills.
• Coordinate with IT, Workday, and vendors for triage and fixes.
• Develop and maintain complex Workday reports and dashboards.
