Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Principal Business Systems Analyst to lead advanced Workday Financials solutioning, configuration, and support. The role covers Financial Accounting, Banking and Treasury, Procurement, Supplier and Customer Accounts, Expenses, and Business Assets in a remote, contract capacity.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Workday experience, strong business process design and reporting skills, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant Workday Financials experience.
• Hands-on support across Financial Accounting, Banking, Procurement, and Assets.
• Strong configuration of Workday Business Processes and validations.
• Excellent troubleshooting and independent work ability.
• Experience leading requirements gathering, testing, and implementation.
• Certifications and prior enterprise Workday initiatives are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Workday Financials expertise to solve complex issues.
• Lead design, configuration, and implementation impacting multiple areas.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Mentor junior team members on Workday capabilities.
• Coordinate with IT, vendors on releases and integrations.
• Govern change control and ensure configuration accuracy.
