Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Principal Business Systems Analyst to lead Workday Financials solutioning, configuration, and support in a remote role. The candidate will drive complex business process design, reporting, analytics, and production support across Financial Accounting, Banking and Treasury, Procurement, and related areas.

The role requires 10+ years of Workday experience, advanced configuration skills, and the ability to mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience with strong Workday Financials expertise.
• Hands-on support for Financial Accounting, Banking, Procurement, Suppliers, Customers, Expenses, and Assets.
• Advanced Business Process and Custom Validation configuration.
• Strong troubleshooting, production support, and independent work capability.
• Leadership of requirements gathering, testing, and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Workday Financials expertise and business acumen to solve complex issues.
• Serve as functional and technical expert across Financial Accounting, Banking & Treasury, Procurement, and Reporting.
• Act as a super user and trusted advisor on system capabilities and best practices.
• Lead analysis, design, configuration, and implementation impacting multiple areas.
• Develop and maintain complex Workday reports and dashboards for decision making.
