Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience with strong Workday Financials functional expertise.
• Hands-on support for Financial Accounting, Banking, Procurement, Suppliers, Customers, Expenses, and Business Assets.
• Advanced Business Process and Custom Validation configuration and Calculated Field development.
• Strong troubleshooting, production support, and root cause analysis with ability to work independently.
• Leadership of requirements gathering, testing, and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Workday Financials expertise to solve highly complex issues and anticipate downstream impacts.
• Serve as a functional and technical expert across key Workday domains and analytics.
• Lead design, configuration, and implementation of cross-functional Workday solutions.
• Design and maintain complex Workday Business Processes, workflows, and security.
• Develop and maintain advanced reports and dashboards to support decision‑making.
• Mentor junior team members on Workday capabilities and consulting skills.
