Experis is seeking a Principal Business Systems Analyst for a remote contract to lead Workday Financials implementations and provide expert guidance across financial modules. You will configure business processes, workflows, security, reports, and data loads; mentor teammates; and partner with IT, business units and vendors to deliver reliable solutions.

The role requires 8+ years in business systems or ERP, with 5+ years in Workday Financials, and strong project-management skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 8+ years of Business Systems Analyst, ERP, Financial Systems, or related experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday Financials experience supporting multiple functional areas.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and lead initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the functional and technical expert for Workday Financials.
• Lead analysis, design, configuration, and implementation of Workday Financials solutions.
• Configure and maintain Business Processes, Workflows, and Security Configurations.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex issues.
• Coordinate configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Partner with business and IT teams to implement new Workday functionality.
