Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Principal Business Systems Analyst to lead Workday Financials design, configuration, and support in a remote, contract role. You will drive complex process design, reporting, analytics, and production support across Finance, Banking, Procurement, and Assets.

Compliance and best practices will be emphasized along with strong stakeholder collaboration. The role requires 10+ years of Workday experience, leadership in requirements and testing, and the ability to mentor

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Workday Financials experience.
• Hands-on support across Financial Accounting, Banking, Procurement, Suppliers, Customers, Expenses, and Assets.
• Advanced Business Process and Custom Validation configuration.
• Strong troubleshooting and independent work ability.
• Experience leading requirements gathering, testing, and implementation.
• Beneficial: Workday Reporting and Dashboards, Adaptive Planning, Prism Analytics, integrations.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Workday Financials expertise to solve complex issues.
• Serve as functional and technical expert across Finance domains.
• Lead design, configuration, and implementation across multiple areas.
• Design and maintain Workday Business Processes and security.
• Develop advanced reports and dashboards to support decisions.
• Mentor junior team members on Workday capabilities.
• Coordinate user support for complex inquiries and production issues.
• Drive data analysis and process improvements with IT and business teams.
• Lead testing strategy and readiness assessments.
