Job summary

Rollins, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Workday Finance System Administration to own configuration, administration, and ongoing improvement of our Workday Financial Management environment, focusing on Accounting Center and related integration workflows.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on Workday configuration experience, a solid accounting foundation, and strong cross‑functional collaboration skills. This is a remote role with occasional travel to our Atlanta, GA headquarters.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of hands-on Workday Financials administration experience.
• Experience with Workday Accounting Center configuration and data transformations.
• Proficiency in core Workday FIN modules: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Expenses.
• Understanding of accounting concepts (debits/credits, period close).

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure Workday Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Expenses).
• Lead Workday Accounting Center implementation and optimizations.
• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, and IT to translate requirements.
• Manage Workday security roles, business processes, and policies.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and calculated fields for reporting needs.
• Support period-end close and journal validation.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with Workday support.
• Review release notes and oversee regression testing.
• Maintain system documentation and end-user training materials.
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline processes.
