Job summary

Rollins, Inc. in Atlanta is seeking a Workday Finance System Administrator to own configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of our Workday Financial Management environment.

You will serve as the SME for Workday Financials with a focus on Accounting Center and integration workflows, combining finance operations with technology. The role requires hands-on Workday configuration, strong accounting fundamentals, and collaboration with Accounting, FP&A, and IT teams.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of hands-on Workday Financials administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure Workday Financials modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Banking & Settlement, and Procurement.
• Lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of Workday Accounting Center, including data transformation rules, source system integrations, and journal entry automation.
• Partner with Accounting, FP&A, and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Manage Workday business process frameworks, security roles, and domain policies related to Finance.
• Build and maintain custom and composite reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to support financial reporting needs.
• Support period-end close activities, including validation of journal entries, reconciliation workflows, and financial data accuracy.
• Troubleshoot system issues, manage Workday case submissions, and coordinate with Workday support as needed.
• Evaluate Workday release notes bi-annually and assess impact to the Finance environment; lead regression testing and deployment.
• Maintain system documentation, process flows, and training materials for end users.
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes through automation and system enhancements.
