Job summary

Rollins, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Workday Finance System Administration to own configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of the Workday Financial Management environment.

This role sits at the intersection of finance operations and technology, serving as the subject matter expert for Workday Financials with emphasis on Accounting Center and integration workflows. This is a remote position with occasional travel to the Atlanta, GA headquarters for meetings and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of hands-on Workday Financials administration experience.
• Demonstrated experience with Workday Accounting Center configuration and journal entry creation.
• Proficiency across core Workday FIN modules: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Expenses.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure Workday Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, Expenses, Banking & Settlement, and Procurement.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of Workday Accounting Center and related integrations.
• Partner with Accounting, FP&A, and IT to translate business needs into configurations.
