Job summary

Zoom is hiring a Workday Extend Developer on the Enterprise Applications team. You will design and deliver custom Workday Extend solutions and lead integration efforts for global deployment lifecycles across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and related modules.

You will collaborate with People Experience and IT, applying depth in Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors, while following agile practices to improve existing systems and tooling.

Qualifications

• 7+ years Workday experience (certification preferred).
• 3+ years designing and building Workday Extend applications (certification preferred).
• 4+ years developing Workday integrations using Orchestrate, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transforms, and Workday Studio.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Workday Extend solutions that address business needs and elevate the employee experience.
• Lead integration efforts as the technical liaison, authoring detailed specifications and architectural designs for global deployment lifecycles.
• Apply software engineering depth across Workday HCM, Expense, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent, and Absence Management.
• Define requirements, provide effort estimates, and build solutions leveraging the Workday Integration Tool Kit.
• Drive continuous improvement through analysis, design, implementation, testing, and iterative refinement.
