Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Workday Extend Developer for its Enterprise Applications team. You will design and build integrations and Extend apps, partnering with People Experience and IT to support a global workforce.

This fully remote role is open to candidates in the United States, with preference for Pacific or Mountain time zones. You will own architectures and provide technical leadership across Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and more, ensuring scalable, reliable solutions that align with Zoom's

Qualifications

7+ years of Workday experience with 3+ years designing and building Extend apps.
Proficient in Workday Integration tools and security configurations.
Experience with web services (SOAP/REST/XML) and scripting is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design and develop custom Workday Extend solutions to meet business needs.
Lead integrations as technical liaison, writing specs and designs for global deployment.
Apply engineering depth across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and more with focus on reliability.
Define requirements, estimate effort, and build using Workday Toolkit (Orchestrate, EIBs, Studio).
Drive continuous improvement through analysis, design, testing, and iteration.
